Choice 1:   Patagonian Shrimp & Dungeness Crab Roll

                 Wild Patagonian pink shrimp and Oregon coast Dungeness crab with celery, fennel, chives and tarragon mixed with aioli and our homemade Louie dressing.     

Choice 2:   Blackened Rockfish Tacos

                 With shredded cabbage, salsa mayo and pineapple-mango salsa.     

Choice 3:   Oregon Bay Shrimp Fettuccine

                 Bay shrimp, mushrooms, zucchini, tomatoes and fresh herbs in garlic cream sauce.     

Choice 4:   Grilled Chicken & Farro Salad

                 Kale, farro and Napa cabbage tossed with citrus shallot dressing and topped with diced apples, craisins, toasted hazelnuts and grilled chicken.

Three pieces of Alaska lingcod dipped in our award-winning light tempura batter.

Choice 2:  Dungeness Crab & Shrimp Fettuccine

Dungeness crab, bay shrimp, mushrooms, zucchini and fresh herbs in garlic cream sauce.

Choice 3:  Fishermen’s Cioppino

Fresh Northwest mussels, Manila clams, lingcod and salmon in tomato-basil stew with garlic and fennel.

Choice 4:  Wild Alaska Silver Salmon

Roasted on an alder plank and finished with smoked sweet red pepper beurre blanc.

DESSERT

Choice 1:  Key Lime Pie

Light, tart, smooth and creamy baked in a graham cracker crust.

Choice 2:  Anthony’s Burnt Cream

Our traditional silky rich vanilla burnt cream with a caramelized sugar crust topping.
