STARTER

Choice 1:   Classic Caesar Salad           

Choice 2:   House Salad

Choice 3:   Cup of Award-Winning Clam Chowder

Choice 4:   Grilled Ocean Prawns

Basted with cilantro pesto.     

MAIN 

Choice 1:   Blackened Rockfish

Rubbed with Cajun spices, blackened and finished with  pineapple-mango salsa.     

Choice 2:   Island Poke Bowl*

Raw South Pacific yellowfin ahi poke marinated in chili, ginger, sesame and soy.  Served over jasmine rice finished with edamame,  pineapple chutney, seaweed salad and sesame cabbage.     

Choice 3:   Bay Shrimp Macaroni ‘n Cheese

Corkscrew pasta tossed with creamy Beecher’s cheese sauce and Oregon bay shrimp.  Topped with golden panko crumbs.     

Choice 4:   Farro Salad

Kale, farro and Napa cabbage tossed with citrus shallot dressing and finished with diced apples, craisins and toasted hazelnuts.

With homemade cornbread pudding.

Basted with cilantro pesto.            

MAIN 

Choice 1:  Wild Pacific King Salmon

Petite chargrilled medallion with sundried tomato and fresh basil butter.

Choice 2:  Fresh Pacific Mahi Mahi

Finished with passionfruit beurre blanc.

Choice 3:  Shaking Beef Stir Fry

Beef tenderloin strips seared with fresh vegetables, red onion and garlic in soy-lime glaze.  Served over pineapple jasmine rice.

Choice 4:  Chargrilled Portobello Mushroom Risotto

Portobello mushroom chargrilled with zucchini tops our risotto with wild mushroom ragout.

Desserts

Choice 1:  Passionfruit-Lychee Posset

A modern twist on this classic English citrus cream dessert finished with a passionfruit-lychee glaze and fresh raspberries.
