Crispy Calamari – Served with lemon aioli.

Oyster on the Half ShellPacific – Anthony’s signature half shell oyster grown exclusively at Quinty Point, Discovery Bay by Johnson & Gunstone fifth generation oyster growers.

Best of the Season Ahi Poke- Sashimi grade ahi marinated in sesame oil and soy-pepper water then tossed with wild huckleberry  sauce and Northwest apple. Drizzled with chive-mango aioli.

Wild Alaska Silver Salmon- Roasted on an alder plank with citrus butter and served over lemon risotto finished with fresh corn succotash. 

Snake River Farms Wagyu Top Sirloin – A petite Northwest top sirloin grilled to your liking.

Thai Curry Mussels- Steamed Penn Cove mussels in Thai curry.

Chargrilled Portobello Mushroom– Served with champ potatoes, seasonal vegetable and roasted corn salsa.
